I want to replace my lens too , how to take down the original lens , and how to mount the new one ?

the lens are attached only with glue, you have to take the 2 screw to open the back housing and then push the lens from inside very carefully, then just replace with the iphone or a working lens, for my case was an old samsung model lens.

I've tried and replaced the lens is iPhone4 , It's a little big , so I gave up , I will buy a lens
