Yes, I used it. DisableService shows that SystemUpdateService is disabled. But it runs every time.
If it enable, the device sleeps well. Untill reboot. And again and again.

Hmm, maybe there is an app that works like Privacy Guard in CM12 and 13? Then you could make sure that Google Play Services can't keep the device awake.

Yes, in custom privacy I disable Awake. But If I disable "Keep Awake" then Google Play Services crash every 20-30secs.

Hmm, weird. On my OnePlus One I also get crashes when disabling awake for GP Services... Sorry brother, I'm out of ideas

Any way, thanks a lot. For myself I find two ways.
At first, manual en-disabling this process.
Second choice. Refuse Google services. I use it now for gmail, youtube a little and play market. No problem.
Is there any best way to delete Gapps without re-flashing rom again?

You could wipe just system and cache, and flash the ROM and Gapps.
