Is the ROM good? Any bugs or performance issues? What about speed, better than Lollipop?

Oh yes the ROM is great ... I have beacoup .. especially liked the smoothness of MM compared to the LG Lollipop ... srcouche very well with fondue Marshmallow ... Here we are very far from what we LG has used ... as it takes in some cases pure Android themes instead of those from LG.

Not bug for now ... except for me the ability to format the SD card as internal memory.

Otherwise .. it is excellent .. and this is reflected in the overall fluidity of the system

Did you try? Any luck?

Gonna try it tomorrow night, I have an idea od what might work. Gonna spoof the PC into thinking H502 is connected instead of H500, and hopefully the update will go through as the phones are identical, apart from second sim. AOSP lollipop, exceptionOS and CM worked this way so I'm confident :D
The only thing I noticed for now is the data indicator... No H or E sign displayed :(
Does it work though? Try a different status bar icon pack maybe.

I did and it is working just fine. Have also icons for E and H on my h500f.
In this few hours of use I didn't found any bugs but I'm still fascinated that there is no flashlight widget in drop down menu...
Otherwise this is still LG rom and If I'm honest I miss more pure android experience, but that's just me...

Yes, the ROM is in no way faster than lollipop, maybe even slower. Maybe it's just me but I don't like it. Yea the flashlight thing is fascinating, but in general the ROM is baaically the same as the old one: slow, boring and storage hungry.

I hope CM13 will be finished, only a few bugs remain like front camera, volume, FM radio and VPN, and even in that state, it's better than both stock ones. Last time I checked, AOSP lollipop had bugged mobile data, is that still true?

This is apsurd, multi tasking is almost non existant and starting apps you haven't used for even a minute takes a while. I know free RAM is bad RAM, but if you have under 100 MB AT ALL TIMES, simply trying to start a new app becomes an ordeal and a painfully slow task.

Almost 4.5 gigs = identical to Lollipop, which is not a surprise as there are no new features except the slightly less ugly UI. Also, unsurprisingly, we still cannot use our SD cards properly!

Some minor kinks include navigation bar buttons that are taking up a lot of screen, like, they would be huge for Hulk.

Even with root and xposed installed, when it becomes available, half of the useful system based tweaks won't work on our ROM because it's butchered by LG.

Power menu is for some reason iOS styled and takes forever to start up.

And a lot of other small things like freakishly slow stock SMS and phone apps, lack of customization on pretty much everything. Overall I don't suggest it, or at least suggest going out of your way installing it.

Very lazy LG.

    Hello people.

I present a CUSTOM ROM AOSP LG MAGNA H502f based on android 5.0.1 I tested a few hours without me denotes malfunction or particular bug.

This ROM was available for almost two months .. but I delayed using it for the simple reason that it is only available in 2 or 3 languages (English, Russian and the third I do not know). . I was looking for the French language but I have not found .. but hey .. I even tried walking and main features (calls, dual sim, aPN, 3G, WIFI ... etc).

Well ... the usual bla bla : you are personally responsible for what happens to your phone ... etc. etc.

    Prerequisites:

    - A LG Magna H502f (V10a, b or d)
    - Root, bootloader unlocked and TWRP installed .. if this is not done it is here : http://xdaforums.com/android/general/root-unlock-bootloader-install-twrp-lg-t3314696
    - Full Nandroid Backup with TWRP.

    Installation:
    - Download the AOSP ROM here : https://yadi.sk/d/LnfRF8DpoN65N
    - Download Gapps depending on version (ARM - 5.0 - nano or pico or micro according to your needs) here : http://opengapps.org/
    - Copy both ZIP files from the memory card
    - Reboot into recovery mode (utilsant any application to do: flashify - ROM manager - ROM to install etc ..) or using the manual method: Turn off phone --> Volume Down + Power until the appearance of the LG logo --> Releasing Power button 1 second and then press again until the appearance of hard reset --> Yes - Yes - Yes to enter TWRP.
    - Make a Wipe data and reset and Wipe Cache and Wipe Cache Dalvic
    - Install the AOSP ROM and Gapps
    - Wipe Caches
    - Reboot the phone and configure
    - Well ... congratulations to you.

A small fee to correct the bug volume (to install TWRP since) : https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=...84E72BA94787C35!4213&parId=root&action=locate
And a fix for the sound in some games and applications (to install TWRP since) : https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=...84E72BA94787C35!4215&parId=root&action=locate

    Enjoy.

    Hello people ...

After installation of the ROM is my observations :

It is very stable and no apparant malfunction for the moment.
In terms of general features faultless ... everything is perfect ..
In terms of more specific Marshmallow .. all good .. .. adapted internal storage... notifications ..
The mobile is more responsive .. there is a better memory management.
    Themes .. customizations ...
    Call - SMS - 3G - RIL - sharing - Wifi - Bluetooth ... shared connection (wifi and usb) .. etc .. everything works.

Shareholders bugs in the ROM and known:
    - Front camera
    - FM Radio
    - VPN

    Bugs fixed:
    - Compass install with TWRP this patch: https://www.sendspace.com/file/dn17et
    - SuperSu - Install TWRP with this version: https://www.sendspace.com/file/vx5r5j

    Inconvenience :
    - Led flashing occasionally (not always).
    - The volume communication a little low (compared to the stock release).
    - Forced to reboot the phone when changing data from one SIM to another (for connecting Internet).
    - Double tap to wake the phone not working (or I did not find how to activate).
    - No other language support (English and Russian only).

    Here .. my feedback ...

I'm quite satisfied ... compared to an official version Cyanogenmod 13 (I tried on other mobile ... it is very well done ...

I would especially congratulate the Camarade XCORE_RJ from 4PDA forum (Russian) for his excellent work on this ROM and for his generosity and sense of sharing.

Thank you Xcore-RJ ... good luck.

    Hello
As I said, I used only a few hours to test the operation and functions worked pricipales: appal, RILL, WIFI, photo, 3G etc.
The LED blinking I also noticed.

what made that I do not keep this rom is the fact of not having French language, otherwise I will have tested longer.

    But she seems stable.

I am gonna try out the CM13 ROM today and report back. Judging by the forums, LED and camera issues are present.
EDIT: so far it seems to be pretty snappy and stable. LED keeps on blinking though. Will report back more after a full day usage.
