Hi guys, I have another question. How can I hard brick my n9005?
I have an extended waranty that offers premium service, if they can't fix my phone in 5 business days they refund me the full price I paid when I got the phone.
So I need a way to damage my phone but it has to look like the phone was broken under normal usage.
Can I hardbrick it beyond repair? So they can't do anything to the phone unless they change the motherboard other something like that. There has to be no trace what so ever of root, twrp and so on. My knox is 0x1. Thanks!

Hard Brick SM N9005 after installing a mismatch CWM!!
Hi bandiere, I am facing the same issue. I tried the same debrick Img with my SM N9005 but i am not able to flash it back to the official rom. I purchased the device from Saudi Arabia(KSA) which I updated to lollipop version. I just tried to read the exact pit by using z3x samsung tool but was not successful. Here is screenshot of the effort I made. I tried almost everything (breaking the stock ROM to 4 files user hip_MULTI). Please help me if any one knows the solution to this.

Please Note, My phone is completely dead after installing a CWM Kit Kat to lollipop stock firmware. Maybe it was incompatible. Also I'm guessing the boot loader is corrupted (Phone dead, not charging).

Bricked by installing wrong aboot.mbn
2 days ago I installed the Android 4.3 aboot on my phone (by mistake) that needs the 4.4.2 aboot, and now all I get is a black screen, no download/recovery mode.
There is no Qualcomm device in device manager. Do you know whether it can be recovered or not?
I don't have a debrick image for the version of my note 3 SM-N900D/SC-01F Japanese Docomo version.
I can buy a second hand device to make the debrick if necessary.

Thanks.

If i try with TEST POINT. will it work?.

We all must have the debrick.img on our extSdCard by security. If we have a Hard Brick we can make like this example solved whit success.

I Quote Post #7:

This for another device whit success: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2600869. Is same here. Thanks @shazzl

And this the most important: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2439367. Thanks @KAsp3rd. All credits to this work HERE.

See also this to create the debrick.img: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...0&postcount=45. Thanks @DocHoliday77

T999 is a example. This Mod work whit Pit.file partition mmcblk0. This is same on all Samsung devices afaik. I only change to N9005_Partial_sys...

If You flashed a new Pit file or Updated by OTA (that can bring one), make new debrick.img .

PS: All People, make your debrick.img and have it on extSdCard by security.

My debrick.img N9005 4.4.2 Kitkat: HERE. Look the THANKS buton if download it.

Flash this Mod attached by Recovery. Saved on internal Sdcard. Copy it to extSdCard.

NOTE: It seems that entire "debricking using microSD" works a little different on Qualcomm-based Samsung phones vs Exynos-based phones - so far all in this thread is about Qualcomm-based models. See post #26 to more details.
Thanks @xclub_101 .
