Me three, I can't even use USSD codes on my US cellular Note 3. I'm rooted but not unlocked and need this unlocked for tmobile

Hardware disabled at the FCC. Only CDMA/LTE available. So your options are US Cellular, Verizon, Sprint and Straight Talk.
