thx!
- btw, did you flash this zImage on top of stock .32 kernel?
- wifi works?
- camera works?

just to notice...
I hate myself!
I just spent the last 24 hours flashing the wrong zip file all over again... it always ended up with the same error but as I wrote many scripts to build, copy etc the rom for me...

STORY
in fact my scripts messed up and always named the build as XXXX0440 which is 24 hours old. so in recovery, I was always flashing the XXXX0517 which was the latest until my scripts missed up...
/STORY

Damned! the error is always beetwen chair and keyboard...

Rhaaaa

app2sd wroking and coming

thx to all for replying to my little poll

You mean you already have IR's kernel?
Well, no need for that patch so.
IR is already ram hack, no?

This is for stock kernel - no OC etc.
Like I like to put in my rom: let the user choose its kernel (it's just a single zip to flash and opinions are really differents when it comes to kernel )

Agree 'bout leaving us choosing Kernel, but I like to know yours and other's opinion, too!
I already have IR's kernel, but I wanna try the other, too.
At the same conditions of the stock one, using IR Kernel i've squeezed 1 hour more. Not that much, but... No problem of stability or performance. Just a little less resposive.
To switch kernel, can I simply flash it from recovery, overwriting the old one?

Yes just flash the new one over the old one. If you get any weird behavior, wipe dalvik cache and reflash kernel.

ok ^^
