bootloop

hey there i was using cm12.1 and wanted to jump on cm13..then i flashed it but i repeatedly got the error''google play services is not working..'' so i flashed open gapps arm6.0 micro.. but nothing happened..so i tried to flash it again and since then my phone went on bootloop and struck on that ****in cm boot logo..i also tried to flash cm12.1 with gapps 5.1 but same ****in bootloop is happening..i have only one option left which is to stay on stock 4.4 and i dont want to use that crap kitkat while my other friends are using marshmallow..so please anybody give me the solution..its been almost half month that i could not use cm12.1 even i flash my phone twice or thrice a day since then..

Please HELP Please

first i've just flash the stock ROM on my moto e and then install the OTA update of android kitkat 4.4.4 and now phone is not starting what should i do I am in trouble pls help ??
whenever i press button there's no response but when i switch it to charging then i press button then notification pulse light start blinking only device is not starting pls help me pls ??

Hey, I'm using moto e 1st gen and I had installed cynogenmode 13 now I can't access Facebook app. It had been installed but when I open it after few seconds it is forced to close, the same thing happens to messenger also. I had flashed the ROM with open gapps. Anyone please help me with this issue :(:crying:

I can txt and go online but cant make or receive calls. Keep saying im roaming what can i do? Ive reset and followed all customer service orders and still no service

Hello, my moto e, (surnia) currently running droid turbo, can not make calls or texts but still has a data connection. Where do I start to fix this?

bro,if u have problem even after resetting ur device try facebook lite that the best app for storage low devices feed and chat in a single app and i am using it in my moto e because the facebook along with messenger occupies a lot of space day by day......do hit thanks button if this helped you....

bro,why r u bothering about cm 12.1 flash the lineage or ressurection remix 5.8.1 build which are based on nougat and make sure to flash only gapps pico rather than micro or nano because as the storage bothers in moto e......do hit thanks button if it helped you...

    3. Use the VOL DOWN Key to SCROLL to Recovery and VOL UP Key to select

    On Motorola devices the 'pds' partition contains information specific to your machine: IMEI, MAC address, serial number, etc. This partition can be lost by accidental format or over time due to filesystem corruption. If you have made a backup, there is a good chance you can bring your handset back to life.

    ==> PDS backup will help to restore lost IMEI. It is a situation when the phone reports that the IMEI is unknown. ; This works like a vaccine, apply before having issue with IMEI, after it will be too late !

    Instructions:
    **Root Required**

    Using ADB you can make a copy of the partition and move it to a safe place (Google Drive?):

    To restore in the event of corruption or loss:

    (assuming you've pushed pds.img to internal SDcard storage first)

    some usefull lines of commands for any user wanting to know what's going on:

    requirements :
    • On Windows : install Moto E drivers and
    • On Linux : set your rules following that guide (3. Set up your system to detect your device.) : add to /etc/udev/rules.d/51-android.rules the following code

    don't have an USB cable ?or adb "other the air" :
    connect to your home wifi network (both device and pc)
    in settings/dev options/ enable adb on TCP/IP

    (the IP is the one displayed in the option you choose previously :)
    and then, since it is connected, catch the log :
