There is no issue like that. I have personally tested this ROM [emoji4]

@akshat2012, problem is, that at others custom roms _not_every_user_ have such issue :)
i only mean, did you do some _special_ for fixing this issue in this rom? that all i want to know :)

I think this AICP is still based on the old source which I think it doesn't have a problem of data preference.
Prior to the newer release, especially when they started to rebrand to LOS, the bug is there.
But when I tried oldschool build (2016 build, very old) such as from the chinese forum (i think it's from happymiui or someone, i forgot the name) the bugs isn't here

The AICP isn't based on MOB31K (r72), but I don't think it's a problem

The bug is not there in this build also

Thanks devs for this awesome ROM
Can someone test FM radio? I tested it but no sound is coming.. Can there be a fix for this

But then i missed applock dual apps n few other things . These are pushing me back to stock.

    Android Ice Cold Project
    AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!

    Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.

    If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

    ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Marshmallow. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, fix, flash it, and go!
    You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

    by the way, i dont have such issue at any custom rom.
    so, it looks like device (revision?) dependent problem.
