Warning to anyone considering installing this, if you're coming from 6.0 do NOT install this, your device will soft/brick.
There is ZERO support for this ROM, OP is gone for 5 years.

You need to install the old bootloader's
And modem
Then you can use it
It was a good ROM I didn't get to use it while it was in development
But it's perfectly stable if you want to stick to KitKat
Though I don't recommend you do
I prefer sticking to the Q ROMs or Pie ROMs

MAKE BACKUP FIRST!!! (don't forget)
1 - Your phone needs to be Rooted
2 - Copy the ROM's .zip file to your phone (Internal SD)
3 - Reboot your phone into Recovery Mode
4 - Make a Full Wipes:
- Wipe data factory
- Wipe cache partition
- Wipe Dalvik cache (in Advanced)
5 -Install zip from sd card
6 -Choose the ROM's .zip file ( and wait 3 or 4 minutes for installation to complete)
7 - Reboot your system and you're ready, enjoy Shohat ROM!
If you use PhilZ Recovery, go to option Wipe Data/Factory Reset / Clean to Install a New ROM and the wipes will be made automatically

I dont want you to take offense at this as its just my opinion.
Urghhh....im sorry but I hate posts like this. Basically "pay up or I stop posting". You see them all over XDA.
To be fair looking at what you have done with this rom (don't get me wrong...people obviously like removed apks and a few tweaks) I would think it all could be done (including deodexing) in about 5 or 6 hours if that. Everyone has homelife issues. They are not xda's or your users problem.
This is a hobby. If you have time then do it. If you need to make some money then go make some and then come back in a few weeks....spend a few hours adding the build.prop and crossbreeder type stuff to the latest base, remove some apks and release new version.
XDA doesnt need to know the ins and outs of your personal life or money worries. We all got them
