Do you happen to have a backup of your TA partition, made when your bootloader was still locked?i flashed it again and it worked. but when i comparing the photos with and without this mod, i noticed that the photo quality and the size has been reduced. (eg: without mod, it was 3.17 MB in size and with mod it is 1.8 MB)*

That's really unfortunate! I was about to describe what I did to get my Z3C phone certified by Play Store, with all its DRM keys active and SafetyNet passing, All this whilst keeping its bootloader unlocked. But that requires a previous TA partition backup.
Installed this in my Xperia Z on stock 5.1.1 rom (.228), followed the instructions carefully, but the camera quality is still bad (noise everywhere). I have no TA backup.

Well, As the thing I said, Unlocked the bootloader of S800 latest device may cause the BionZ , X-R, Noise canceling(Z2,Z3) may not fully worked or even frozen by the actionthat you made.
