Is your boot loader read locked or unlocked? Please unlock it, no need to ever lock it unless you plan on going back to s-on

Im facing a problem i updated my phone with 0P6BIMG_Sprint_HTC_One_M8_6.20.651.3_RUU.zip and now my mobile data disconnects exactly every 15 seconds and back 2 seconds later i already checked my APN and its fine, i have tried two different carrier sims with the same issue with the differente that the second one lasts a little longer to disconnect for about 40 seconds, there was no problem while the update, i got the bootloader unlocked with S-OFF

Any ideas?

Sprint HTC ONE M8 HK (Status official, unlocked, s-off) wont install RUU

Hi to all. I have the htc one m8 and i have already installed
Sprint_M8_HK_Stock_Rooted_3.30.654.2_odex.zip
MD5 4b019bc4d5094113c5942564d873a5b6 but i lost my backup.
Now I am trying to install
Sprint_HTC_One_M8_HK_3.31.654.2_RUU but it don't proceed after the confirmation.
Please help me anyone! :( :( :(

I notice today that in bootloader screen is

If you are looking for an unlock method try the link https://xdaforums.com/sprint-htc-one-m8/general/sim-unlock-s-off-t3072722 below it will work
InstallCoin rom ROM KitKat Rom
Clean up the data before and after installing rom
Then try the unlock method
It absolutely works

Maybe I'm a little slow but here is what I did and what happened.
My M8 is s-off, unlocked using Viper 6.1.0. I just upgraded to Viper and Snapchat won't log me in. I tried every possible fix I found (hide my root, xposed w/rootcloak, rootcloak on it's own, used the xposed uninstaller, renamed the liboemcrypto file) but nothing gets me logged in. I used the RUU in the first post and installed Snapchat and it logged me in. I installed Titanium Backup so I could back up the app data for restore in Viper but Titanium says my phone isn't rooted and it won't work.
What exactly do I have to do here? I thought the ROM was rooted in the RUU. I went into TWRP 2.8.7.0 and installed SU from there but that made my phone not boot anymore. Do I need to install a certain SU or do something else? I restored my Viper backup so I am up and running now but I'll do the RUU again to backup SC data if I can get it rooted.
