I tried both methods Normal and Emergency.. And with Erase User Data.. The results were the same Error=Unhandling_Error 0x626 (0xc626).. It seems the reason is the bootloader actually is not unlocked under modified ROM of TA-1000.. Menu entry "Allow to unblock bootloader" in modified ROM is a pure invention and does not actually work.. As a "Software update" too
Any other way or solution ? as i am stuck in same error.

1. Download original software for TA-1000 (build 00CN_3_31A_SP) in nb0 format

4. Unpack OST LA with 7zip and install on your PC
5. Unpack patch (password 123)
6. Replace an exe file OnlineUpdateTool with an exe file OnlineUpdateTool exracted from the patch and delete OnlineUpdateTool.exe.config in a folder C:\Program Files (x86)\OST LA (see pic.1 and pic.2)
7. Unpack software with 7zip.
8. Start patched OST LA from the above mentioned folder by double left-click on exe file incicated on pic2.
9. If everything is alright the program will run without requesting login and password to hook up with a server.
10. Select the original software.
11. Enter your Nokia 6 into Download mode connected with USB cable to your PC.
12. After your device enter into Download mode, the button Edit Phone Information will be available. Push that button and wait for a error (something like failed to reboot to FTM mode) being appeared. Don't be so tragical about it

Hi friend, many many thanks, i followed your procedure and now phone is updating to 331C.A01 updates. Thanks again
Changes i observed:
1. Apps are in main screen now, not like before like i used to swipe up for apps.
2.Previously google games, gmail and other google products used to give errors, now its working fine smoothly.
3.Music player was missing and now its added too.
4.Flashing didnt deleted my Contacts, SMS, Whatsapp messages and other datas, However i observed some chinese app and wechat is installed.

Hello guys. i tried performing a hard reset on my nokia 6 and when done i'm beung asked of my previous google account detail which i have forgot, now i'm stuck in that activation screen more like icloud in iphones. Any help will be appreciated

Do you need to do hard reset before or after flashing? If not, does this flashing procedure erase all user data from phone?
Can we install GApps zip after hard reset? Via recovery mode?

I did hard reset after it having been flashed. No need to install Gapps zip.
I installed Play market as in screeshots attached via stock Chinese browser.
At stage of 4 I was suggested to login in my Google account and choose my device (indicated as TA-1000) from drop-down list box to download Google Play on it.
Ok nice. But does the flashing automatically erase all user data? Otherwise I could try continuing using it without hard reset. ..
If you installed Google play directly then Google play services must be already installed in this ROM?

Ok great, so user data is not erased after flashing. Then I can simply continue using all my GApps as before!

Guys. You are wrong In that thread you can find 3 types of Nokia 6 ROMs: for TA-1025, TA-1000 and for TA-1021.
Let me summarize with some details of where to find it, how to install, etc.
Available ROMs/Firmwares:
1. TA-1025 (PLE-3320-0-00WW-A02) for MENA Region (Middle East & North Africa)
- in 1st post by blackpanther0582.
- works for all models (TA-1000, TA-1021, TA-1003, TA-1025 etc) but with some issues (lack of compatibility) reported by users. For example when installed on TA-1000 there is a problem with proper device name (it's recognized as "unknown") and with unclear/distorted sound during phone calls.
- This is Worldwide (WW) Firmware for TA-1025. Flashing ends with June 2017 security update.
- OTA updates are working after flashing that ROM
- installation via .nb0 file through OTP software.
2. TA-1000 (D1C-331A-0-00CN-A01) for CN (China Mainland) Region. Stock Chinese ROM for 4/64 GB TA-1000 model.
- in post #87 by Quixote78.
- works at least for TA-1000 (and most probably for TA-1003)
- Limited languages (only English and 7 Asian: Chinese, Pilipino, Vietnamese etc.). Google Play Store to install manually but works and is certified. Some additional Chinese software and apps (Video player, Music Player, Photo Gallery etc) are available. Different settings menu and launcher but several additional tweaks: battery % in notification bar, screenshot tile in quick menu.
- Flashing ends with June or July 2017 security update.
- OTA updates are available after flashing that ROM (I'm located in Poland and I've got December security update) but I'm still on Nougat 7.1.1 (there was no 7.1.2 update provided with OTA updates)
- installation via .nb0 file through OTP software.
3. TA-1021 (PLE-600WW) for Global Region.
- in post #260 by tertty.
- This is Worldwide (WW) Firmware for TA-1021. Should work for most of the phones.
- Flashing ends on on Nougat 7.1.1 with September 2017 security update.
- For some users OTA updates are working after flashing that ROM. For some others there is a need to flash updates manualy.
- installation is manual by flashing 3 .img files with OTP, ADB and Fastboot software.
