Hi,
The Nougat build has been updated.

Code:

AIMROM October Update:
- Merged October security patch
- Fixed WPA2 KRACK vulnerability
- Updated all translations
- Performance enhancements and bug fixes

Xiaomi Redmi 3 (ido) specific changes:
- Switched to user build type
- Up-to-date device-specific changes from LineageOS
- kernel: Switched to new kernel based on qcom cm-14.1 common kernel
- kernel: CAF release LA.BR.1.2.9_rb1.26
- kernel: Built with custom Linaro GCC 7.2.1 Snapshot 2017.10, optimized for Cortex-A53
- kernel: Patched CVE-2017-13080, CVE-2017-15265
- kernel: Rolled back prima to LA.BR.1.2.9_rb1.26
- kernel: Stronger yama ptrace scope policy
- kernel: GPU initial frequency lowered to 220MHz
- kernel: qcom wakelocks blocked by default
- kernel: Disabled rest of CPU governors
- kernel: Available I/O schedulers: noop, deadline, CFQ, FIOPS, zen
- kernel: FIOPS at boot and zen as default I/O scheduler
- kernel: Available TCP congestion algorithms: westwood+, cubic, reno, veno, Vegas, Illinois
- kernel: TCP congestion algorithm switched to Vegas by default
- kernel: Entropy values set to 512/128 by default
- kernel: Some other changes, but not mentioned here to prevent changelog from flooding your screen :P

1) I use this one and it works like charm.
2) There're two ways I know: a. Reboot to fastboot and see fastboot interface. 7.6.8 firmware and newer has better look; b. Baseband version. The latest is FAAAANUZM-1.56482.1.63385.1_V012.
3) Use another launcher. It's hardcoded into the AIM Launcher3.

Enable SW navigation bar and use SmartBar first, and go into the configuration menu. You'll find it there.

Excuse me. I'm using Xiaomi.eu rom. I want to try your ROM but I don't know how to install. i'm a noob, sorry.

I'm thinking about:

Install it using TWRP, install Gapps and install SU in TWRP.

Is that right?

I need a step-by-step guide...

1) FM Radio is removed because the detection is extremely buggy. I can try revert to Android's default LLVM and see if FM works or not.
2) Switching to front and then to back camera might enable the switch.
3) I don't know if it's possible, as per my knowledge.

Change the color engine settings to Dark.

AIM ROM v3.0 based on AOSP 8.0.0_r32 is now available for Redmi 3! You can grab it from usual links (SourceForge preferred, though).

If you prefer v2.5 instead for whatever reason, you can try 20171212 build (with December ASB) from my build server. It's on testing folder.

v3.1 when?
Our device has booted 8.1, but without RIL.
So, later when developers have fixed all issues with 8.1 for our device.

Cool boot animation.

So far so good, apart from bluetooth fc at first boot.
Will let you guys know more about battery/bugs when i've tested it a day or so.

Only have it installed less than 24 hours, but so far so good.
Battery is good, fast fingerprint responsiveness, few bugs (e.g. clock widget won't load)
Great work dev!

Does alarm work after power off? How about wifi after reboot?
