Does unlocking Bootloader and installing TWRP with it removes the current stop ROM? Thanks in advance!
unlocking bootloader will erase user data
flashing twrp will replace stock recovery
nothing to do with system partition,stock rom will be intact

Just do everything manually.

Folks that keep asking for a new link should actually read the thread. Then they would see (along with posts all over the M8 section) that the tooklit is long obsolete. It contains very old (and obsolete) versions of TWRP and SuperSU that will cause all manners of problems on M8 models with any remotely recent OS versions (which is the huge majority of M8 phones out there, at this point).
All the toolkit does, are things you can do with single line fastboot commands; or just clicking through HTCDev.com. If you can't manage those things without a toolkit, you shouldn't be rooting the phone in the first place.
Read a few post back. This toolkit is outdated. You'll have to do everything manually. There are many guides here on xda. If you have questions about something feel free to ask.

I created an easy to use GUI program for the HTC Amaze and I decided to make one for the HTC One M8. I spent a good over 10+ hours to learn how to script, watch videos on how to do it, working on it during school when I should have been listening lol and all that fun stuff. I am going to fix it and up and add more updates to it. You CAN place requests and I will try to fulfill it!

2. Download Winrar from here. Install it after you download it
3. Extract the folder anywhere.
4. Run the program.

A - Only the fastboot commands, HTC Dev unlock (device specific) and the HTC drivers. Toolkit is made for the specific device.
