I am not able to locate what is stopping the device to boot ( I'm porting a rom ). The attached log.txt is the error log which is small. The second log1.txt is the full one. Please , if possible ,can you have a cursory look. Thanks.

If you look at the log, it is clearly complaining about Xposed. I would start with a dirty flash of your ROM and if there are still crashes with xposed references, I would then clean flash.

Define clean flashed. Exactly what steps did you take?

backed up internal storage then wiped system, data, cache, dalvik, internal in recovery, then flashed the rom, supersu copied the internal storage data and installed my apps from playstore. Wanted to do a clean install from months but never got a good enough reason to. Sadly it didn't fix it. so probably not xposed as I never installed that in this. That's why uninstalling xposed didn't work. Bcuz I have been using the same xposed same app version for a long time. crashes started happening out of the blue, didn't even update instagram, cuz i have stopped auto updates. And i guess xposed is mentioned in logcat cuz i use Xinsta for instagram to download images. maybe xinsta is trying to hook into the app but even that's failing. and yes before checking i uninstalled xinsta and xposed. Never installed them in the clean though.

[Help]
I would appreciate if anybody could help me know what is wrong here. I have successfully implemented 3Minit battery (for batteries I can download) but when I try to select one of the offline batteries, it crashes SystemUI

Now, I know I could go ahead and ask the 3Minit people for help, but I want to try to fix it myself before I do that (may be a good learning excercise), but I'm not very good at interpreting what the log is telling me what is wrong

Here is what the log is telling me:
