These are zips, after downloaded, simply try to open the zip file in your file explorer. If it opens, and shows you content of the zip, download was fine, file is good. If file got corrupted during download, file explorer will tell you when you try to open the zip. Simple.
It's different story with .img files, for them you can't simply open them to check if they didn't get corrupted. You need to check with their md5 (or other) checksum.
