They didn't upgrade to Froyo, however I didn't think they would as it's T-Mobile branded.

Let us know if the issue was resolved and if the mainboard was really replaced,
I've phone them today and as always they told me nothing... Still awaiting for the parts..
Choccy what did you said to get so much information over the phone??
I am really dissapointed of the service as 3 weeks tomorrow since it was posted
I just rang them everyday and nagged them.
Sometimes I got Indian call centre - other times I got English based people who could tell me 100% what was happening, hence new mainboard.
Just keep calling them once a day - also I beleive they have a turnaround time of 2 weeks, after that they should then do priority.
even SE X10 suffers the same issue.
