Bro, why you use device tree from androidarmv6 with kernel based on nAa? For wifi work you must use naa commits for new wifi driver with some fixes for cm11...

Nothing missed Ramdisk in kernel are diferent
The problem isn't ramdisk is some null pointer in the rom.

You are in the wrong thread.
Find the rom that you want to flash and follow the installation instructions which usually are in the first post.
Don't ask what rom, decide by yourself. Browse the dev sections and read the threads. You will see the features, bugs, comments from users, etc...
If you have no idea how to flash a rom or if you have any more questions like the above, google will help you.
Why Not PORTING from galaxy ace Same Hardware But different RAM i think our Ram is problem that's why we dont get 3.x.x kernel

Ofcourse i dont hope it will boot perfectly, i just need that rom even if stuck in custom bootlogo or bootanim,...

Made CM11 for stock kernel is imposilble, becasue stock kernel had too old drivers, which is not compatible with CM11...

I think this problem is to problems with ramdisk.
