But the keyboard dosent work for One Hand Operation in Samsung Galaxy Note GT N7000 Rooted DLSC 4.1.2 Jelly bean ROM.

You should have problems with your internet connection. Try again later or use another connection (like 3G or Wifi).11
That because you are copying the file to a wrong folder. There is a zip called multi stock keyboard in AryaMod thread, second post it has both dark stock and themed note 3 keyboards.
