Well, ideally, yes. It's a MASSIVE performance boost over KitKat. And the UI is absolutely smashing. Plus, the KitKat tree can be forward ported fairly easily to Lollipop. It might be worth a shot.

MiniCM10 is an unofficial port of CyanogenMod 10 for the SEMC msm7x27 devices. MiniCM10 is running Android Jellybean on top of the nAa-jb 2.6.32 kernel.
Since it is MiniCM 10, it is very stable and smooth, and you can feel the difference in performance even on 600MHz...

How To Flash/Install:
Do a FULL WIPE first. Full Wipe means format /system, /data, /cache.
Now flash ROM and then GAPPS through recovery.
After flashing, do NOT reboot phone. Instead POWER OFF the device and boot to bootloader.
Extract the boot.img from rom and flash it using fastboot flash boot boot.img command.
Reboot.
USE N.O.P.E or Prometheus Kernels..
The kernel included in the ROM is developed by Nikhil! It is the Prometheus Kernel
