Yes, Greenify quells the undesirable behaviors. But I hesitate to endorse a tool to manage a tool that should manage itself. That said, Greenify continues to occupy a place on most of my gizmos stepping in where doze does not yield the desired long term outcome.I don't recognise that XDA Labs (currently v1.1.6b) is constantly running in the background of my system. Notification settings: "Controlled by the app". Labs PushService is enabled. Start at boot: Disabled. However, I'm not permanently logged in; only logging in if required e.g. for downloads. XDA Labs is greenified, and Greenify is working as advertised.
