It's meant to allow the finger to be read better. OxygenOS does this by super brightening the fingerprint sensor with animations (which is why certain animations work better than others). Simpliest way to describe it
I knew about the brightening of the finger to allow better accuracy, I more so wondering why the whole screen dims rather than just brightening the fingerprint pixels. Unless that's still not possible.
Proprietary jargen that's obviously needs to be wired around. I can definitely see the devs coming up with a way to do it, but without animations, it's pointless since the animations is what light up the sensor on stock OxygenOS
New build will come today.
I will remove FP from AOD.
Fixed com.android.phone crashing for some specific VoLTE Carriers.
Fixed WiFi disconnects
And Fixed False CTS in magisk.

FP on AOD has worked better than ever before as long as you unlock with the power button first.
I'm sticking with the current build on June ?
The FP on AOD was working flawlessly until the latest build
It seems to happen when the phone sits without use for roughly 15 minutes or more.
Make sure to change to "file transfer" using the notification that appears for it. literally just transferred 15GB worth of stuff without issue

I am doing that. Ok let me reinstall the rom then i will try it

There is one more problem in the rom... When i am setting password on phone. In twrp its telling that the password is incorrect. Maybe the rom is having the issue of Encryption
