Hi guys

I don't know if anyone here still uses them but I recently got a dell axim x51 (low spec model) and I've been trying to get it to accept larger capacity sd cards as I've seen mentioned here and elsewhere on the web, but for some reason I can't get it to work.

I really hate to seem like a complete idiot but even after reading through this thread and a few others on this site I've ended with nothing except a monster sized headache.

The area I seem to keep getting hung up on is the overwriting the dll files, I can't see them on the device itself and I can't see the axim's windows folder when its plugged into my notebook via the usb/sync cable.

I would really appreciate it if someone here would take pity on a silly person who had the not so bright idea to resurrect some old tech.

What I would really like is if someone could tell me exactly how I'm suppost to overwrite the files in simple english and if I need some extra software.

Many thanks.
