It would be very helpful if someone can help me with my problem. I am running LineageOS 15.1 on my Nexus 5X. My phone lags and freezes during charge if the battery is low. I managed to get a logcat.

Can anyone help me?
I used to install magisk, but for magisk hide I need logcat enabled.

Its disabled in the ROM I use (RR Pie on A5 2017).
How can I enable it?

If you are rooted you can download any logcat app or kernel aduitor has logcat features. Or you can use logcat flasher zip from this thread.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/gen...-boot-t3258818
Flash zip, reboot, then reboot to recovery & open terminal. Then type cd /proc/last_kmsg /sdcard/kernellog.txt
Then logcat will be in internal storage.

I dont need to save the logcat as a file, it just needs to be enabled.
Magisk hide only works with logcat enabled, and for me its disabled but I dont know how to re-enable

RR should have it in there settings, its enabled when you root. Probably should ask on the ROM thread, there isn't much action here now days.

and the rest of the bluetooth files were casting on effect 0. borrowed from aosp.
maybe who faced it?

It could, yes.
You can also look for "Shutting down VM" or "runtime abort"
