I'm having a small issue with this V16 rom on my Xperia play. After rebooting the phone, nothing appears in the Notification bar at the top. No signal, clock or battery information. It only shows up when I connect it to the PC and wait for SD Cards to mount.
Any ideas?
Also, I just want to express my thanks for all the hard work that went into making this ROM. Its great to have increased compatibility for newer apps from the play store on what is still a great phone for emulation in 2019. (Just a shame that dreamcast emulation is just not up to speed, at least on my Xperia Play)

Oh yeah, the Play is still going strong. The subreddit for it is still somewhat active, as is its corresponding Discord server. XPlaystation seems to be the recommended ROM in most cases.
As for Headcrash77's issue, I want to say I've noticed that as well. I'll have to fire up my Play and mess with it to see if I can figure out the cause.

Hi guys,i have some news,i waiting a new lcd for my XPlay and i will going to make a new update to fresh up the XPlay!I miss the days ,i will focus on emulators to be working on XPlay,cause this is all i want,Just wait!
Finally dug out my r800i and tested this out. The notification tray icons I have are wifi, data, bluetooth, gps, and brightness. I tested each of them, and toggling data off made the clock and other icons appear again. They disappeared on rebooting. Toggling data back on wasn't enough, but toggling it back off and on again brought the icons back. I think it's the message about data being off that's pushed to the system bar that also re-enables the other stuff. So I haven't found a permanent fix yet, but there's a temporary one at least!
Stuck on logo after flash

I was using another custom ROM for some years. Wanted to try this one for better gaming performance.
- Installed CWM clockwordmod because for some reason was not installed anymore (maybe previous rom deleted it).
- Reboot in recovery mode thks to some APP because couldn't find the way to do it manually (have tried volume down volume up, back, home,.... NO WAY).
- Installed v16 of your ROM.
Phone rebooted and now stuck on sony logo forever.... any help would be appreciated!
Hope have not bricked my loved Xperia (for emulators still rocks!).

Did you try flashing stock? That will fix issues with this phone at least 90% of the time. Who knows what custom kernel or whatever else you were running before (since you didn't mention it), but it was likely not compatible with this ROM, and that matters a lot. v16 of this ROM is also meant to run with the Lupus v12 kernel for ICS, which you can get immediately below the download links for this ROM.

I was using Turbo GamerEdition 1.0.2 until now.
The problem is right now I do not know how to install STOCK ROM as the phone is stuck on sony ericsson logo
As I said, can't get into recovery mode
Any ideas?

I have used Sony Mobile Flasher v0.9.26 to try flashing stock, but when prompted to connect in flash mode no BACK or VOL DOWN button work
SOLVED:
had to use version flashtool-0.9.13.0 for the PC to detect the phone and flash STOCK ROM (R800i_4_0_2_A_0_69_WORLD).
I think I'll go back to Turbo Edition. A bit lost about kernel, ICS, etc.
