finally a charge limiter for Android
for Android phones there's Chargie - it bounces charging between two levels that you set, so you never practically charge to 100% unless you want/need to. That practice alone increases battery lifespan dramatically. Just google for "chargie stick" and see what it's all about.

I am charging my S10e phone on usb port of pc very slow overnight.
Pluged it in 11 pm and it says 7 hours to complete charging. When i wake up battery is full. Not standing long time full on charger.
Also using fast charge when needed..
Phone counts charging cycles.
Number of cycles is lifespan..

Your S10e has 3100mAh battery, why'd you use the USB of PC for charging which can give ~500mA?
Theory says it'd take 7.47hrs for 0-100% charging.
The supplied 15W charger with S10e would take ~78mins only.

LiPo batteries won't last longer with slow/trickle charging or any other advantages in this choice of overnight charging of yours.

Far better for your S10e LiPo Battery will be 10-80% charging which will take ~43mins. I'm sure you can find 43mins in ~16hrs of Your awake period for charging.
Your PC has to be ON (maybe doing something useful); it can't be even in Hibernation.
