Not sure, its been a while since I looked It has been years since I used this phone and I'm going to assume that gapps would not even work on this phone. Back in the day, I remember having memory issues and only 1-3 apps could be held in RAM, everything would relaunch and I can't imagine having Google Play Services on a phone with 278MB of RAM.
Your best bet is to use something like F-Droid or use Aurora Store as a Google Play client. Normally you would download gapps from opengapps.org but the oldest Android version they support is 4.4.
