This poco f1 thread not for other devicesThis is what i am telling about to everyone here...Ngk kernel deserves to be heard..Thanks Dev for your hard work making this possible...Running OOS7 Latest build + NGK kernel..:good::fingers-crossed:
NGK uses evaluation thermals by default which is already good, cant tell about any mods
This kernel supports f2fs file system?? If yes. How to do it ????
Does this kernel supports CAF Based Roms???
Can you make dynamic changes on thermel profiles like thermal changes by default in miui official
As an example they have some specific thermals for each process as below in given screen shot
So every time this will change according to this process and we get stable performance and less heat
So can you also do this in next update.
Your default thermal evolution is used in miui for only heavy task like geek benchmark scores and any other similar app it's change while this type of app run. But for default it's not great because device heat up faster In this case.
I think you understand my concern that what I want to say.
I did some research but I'm not sure sir ; maybe these could help?

Ok so there is some possible way to do this ?
Because every time do this with manually isn't possible to do so ?
Yea just format data and cache as f2fs. Btw next update will be full Q caf
Nice dev. Using this kernel for about 2 weeks i face no issue. Absolutely NOTHING great work dev. Thumps up ???
Hello sir first of all i m not complaining just asking. What is main purpose of overclocked kernel when we can get constant fps in pubg and other games with stock frequency. I own poco two days ago and already did all stuff to use different kernels and rom. It will helpful for me if someone explain. Thank u
Good news ! NGK v1.1 is out along with NGK app v3.1! Make sure you read changelogs and notes! Thread updated..
Real quick, I just want to thank you all because without you and testers this kernel would just not be there. I don't have the device so I do my best without actually being able to test myself this takes some time but it's worth. I'm getting great feedbacks from all of you and kernel seems to be heading in the right direction
Thanks also to @Wmbruckner & @_undead for creating this crowdfunding to help me get the device. I DO NOT FORCE ANYONE, I didn't even know they were doing it, but if you want to support my work you can do so here: crowdfunding, this way the donation will go directly for Poco.
Hope you'll love the update as I leave yall with some screenshots of the update!
Are we waiting for a new update? If we are going to be honest, of course we are but @Pierre2324 actually doesn't owe us anything.
He'll release if when he feels like it, there should be no pressure from our part.
Battery drain is not the main issue here, it depends on the rom you're using.
What needs to be fixed is the screen freezes that occurs on any rom when the touch firmware doesn't fit your panel.
But then again, this might not affect some people that already has the correct specific unit for that firmware version.
How can this be fixed? Revert back to the 1.5 or release 2 variants of touch firmwares for the next update.
