If you want to remove bloatware just root it with magisk and install twrp recovery.
In play store search system app remover.
Install it ,give root permission and done. You can't remove jio sim restrictions with custom ROM without some premium tools.BUT
Custom ROM can unlock device without jio and u can use internet in both sim but if you use other sim it required network unlock pin.
Like service provider lock.(like old modem dongle for PCs)
Can be possible to unlock but there is full chances of bricking device.
I had bricked one q402plus that completely blocked.(forever locked)

the main problem behind carrier locked phone is that phone nv is locked with imei for specific network operator/provider. you have to use carrier locked sim in one of the slot (in this case jio) . you can disable that jio sim after in sim setting and use another provider sim in any mode 4G/3G/2G without any problem. even you can use blocked jio sim but you have to put it in one of the sim slot.
this can be possible only on custom rom not in sky rom.

1. Replace the kernel Kernel (zImage) in boot.img from the drain to a portable one.
2. Copy the files from the drain and replace in the port

search google for custom rom of your device variant , there are plenty of rom available for your device , you just need to port boot.img only. gud luck
