this may fix it
I dont know whether this is gonna help you or not but i've had same problem. Try this this may help.
1.Connect the phone in fastboot mode .(fastboot/adb drivers must be installed)
2.download the philz recovery here . now install this recovery as boot file by typing 'fastboot flash boot philz.img(i.e. whatever the name it has)'
3. download the backup file and radio from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/xper...peria-t2963316
4.copy the clockworkmod folder to your sd card , now i hope u'll be able to boot into recovery. booting into recovery go to backup and restore , go to the last option that'd be of some setting and in those setting uncheck the option md5 check and then go to restore from sd card and select the only backup. after backup install the radio then, i hope u will be able to get your phone as it was earlier.
5. if u get recovery but get issues with the backup or running the stock rom, install the cm12.1 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/xper...-12-1-t3071012

Hope it works
Regards

Thanks for the answer.
I can't flash any other kernel/recovery because bootloader is locked.

I solved the problem simply by running flashtool in linux.
(flashtool-0.9.16.0-linux.tar.7z)

Make sure you ticked wipe userdata and flash it again.

Good Morning

I have the same problem, of my Sony Xperia M C1905 with Android version 4.3, but I don't have unlocked bootloader (and my phone is not rooted).
I tried repairing system with Sony PC Companion and Xperia Companion, but none of them worked... In SPC it doesn't end the initialising part after selecting "Upgrade your phone\tablet" then the blue option, for the devices that are not detected (it doesn't recognise the device in any case); in Xperia Companion, after I plug the phone holding the volume Up button, it shows a dialog reporting "UEGetSysteminfoNoSysteminfo" error, probably because my phone cannot boot the system...

I am in very big trouble and I have to have it working as soon as possible. Can anyone help me?

I tried also to downgrade or upgrade flashtool apps, but nothing changed; I tried to keep holding volume Up and Power buttons for 10 sec. (like Xperia Companion suggested me) and more too, but the phone didn't start any time...

I want to re-have my phone working (and if possible without wiping data).
The last thing I tried is rebooting from ADB... same result :sad story:

OK, if someone can help me he's welcome...

Bye

Why don't you download a ftf file and flash it through flashtool?

PS: it'll get wiped
