Because of the qaurentine I got tired of my very rough feeling case so I wanted something more comfortable to hold. And this is the best one

It's a rubber plug called Port Plugs. I got them from Amazon and they keep junk out of my port.
I agree, the x-level case is very nice. Soft touch back, and just the right amount of protection for me. Definitely recommend.

Do you have the Incipio case with S20 Ultra?
The photos look like there's no protection to the back camera (camera is almost flush?)
I couldn't see proper reviews for this case as well
It is not quite flush with it but it provides protection. No issues yet and it has been 3 months.
Are the sides of the case higher than the screen?
Hoping to find a case that fits that criterion, along with the camera opening being raised. Which seems non-existent!
Just received the Ghostek Nautical Slim Galaxy S20 Ultra Waterproof Case from Amazon. It's actually a really nice case. It adds a lot of bulk to the phone so i won't be using it day to day but i will pop it on every time I'm in or near water. Some may like it for day to day use. I'm also using it with my Whitestone dome Glass installed and touch sensitivity is great. I haven't followed the instructions in order to use the fingerprint scanner because i probably won't use it that often. But i do recommend this case.
Oh forgot to mention, audio is muffled in this case, another reason i won't be using it day to day. Not sure if there is a case out there that is waterproof and doesn't muffle audio.

Incipio Elan case for the S20 Ultra. Super thin case that adds hardly any bulk to the phone at all. Has a raised lip around the camera hump which causes it not to lay flat on hard surfaces. Very grippy sides and overall one of the best $15.00 cases you can get for the ultra.

Has anyone seen a case that is similar to the OnePlus 8 Pro cyan sandstone case? Love the color and the feel of the sandstone cases. Just havent seen anything similar for the S20 Ultra.

It does exist! It's the Rebel case from Encased, and I was looking for the same thing. Gone through a number of cases, and this is (so far) the one and only. My concern has also been finding a case that is grippy, and doesn't peel off the phone very easily. The UAG and the gear4 Battersea Grip feel good in the hand, but the screen would be done in a face first fall as they come off the corners wayyyy too easily. The Rebel is the second least expensive of all the cases I've bought, and I think that this is the one that my phone will stay in.

I'm currently using the Battersea case for my S10+ and iPhone 11 Pro Max, and love it. It's very grippy and skinny for a tough case rated for 16 feet drop protection. Quite stylish too. I just got one for my S20 Ultra:
3I'll go with the Spigen Neo Hybrid. Slim enough not to be embarrassing, but offers drop protection. Gone are the days of OB Defender, UAG, etc. Second option would be the SupCase Unicorn Beetle.
I also buy the QuadLock case for the Summer, to use with my bike.2
