Ok, i have install ROM, there is bug in styles & wallpapers, when try to change style and click on apply app close without changing style. another is that when click custom and in icon there are no others icon styles to chose.

in flashing guide include the step of flashing the miui vendor
i saw to use the lastest miui vendor in telegram group but not in XDA
i'm downloading the rom now thanks for the build

The latest one comes with pre-built gapps. However it still does not pass CTS for google pay. Any help/advise other than using magisk please?
