I think those TW and Launcher Pro light editions would be a good boost for the ROM.
Also maybe replace the Kernel as many talk about battery drain. It's nice to have a good default one

I've been looking into this and when I started, the phone's been up for 3hrs 4mins and Spare Parts shows that Gallery has used the sensors for 3hrs 4mins. I had opened the gallery a couple of times, but it's not been active the whole time the phone was in use.

I've killed the Gallery with ATK, but the sensor usage clock on the Gallery still matches the up time of the phone exactly.

Seems like there's some kind of bug where the Gallery isn't shutting down and keeps using the sensors.

Mine is exactly the same - Gallery sensor usage matches exactly the time the phone ahs been unplugged. I was on 100% charge this morning when I left home for work, an hour later when I arrived I looked at my phone and I was down to 77% battery!

Coming from 7.01 JPO to 7.5 it seems that there is more lag and battery drain. Could any of your enhancements caused this? I had no lag fixes on 7.01 but feel that I will need one now.

Would love to see the modified touchwiz launcher included as I feel launcher pro/adw drain the battery more. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=822523

Can't think of anything else.

Guide on Fixing App's with Force Closures
GUIDE ON HOW TO FIX FORCE CLOSURE'S WITH APP'S

This guide is for those having problems with FORCE CLOSURE'S of Apps after upgrade, flashing, etc. If you have a app that is showing a force closure, here is what you need to do.

1. Note the name of the app.
2. Open settings/applications/manage applications.
3. Select the ALL TAB.
4. Scroll down to the app which is having the force closure issue and select it.
5. Select FORCE STOP
6. Select CLEAR DATA
7. Now press your hard back key to exit out to the HOMESCREEN.
8. Now open the app, if it opens successfully, the problem is now solved.

IF YOU ARE STILL GETTING FORCE CLOSURE PLEASE READ ON.

1. If you do not use Titanium, then download Titanium Free from the Market.
2. Open Titanium Free when it has installed succesfully.
3. When Titanium Free has opened, select BACKUP/RESTORE.
4. Scroll down to the app which still has the force closure issue.
5. Select it, then select WIPE DATA.
6. Once the data is wiped from that app, select UNINSTALL.
7. when the app is unistalled, press the hard back key to exit out to the HOMESCREEN.
8. Now re-download the app from the market, and the app should run as normal.

Failure to follow these steps properly will result in problems to your phone, and i will not be held responsible.

Separate rom, modem.bin and kernel as update.zip so if we already run JPO/PA no need to flash them.
