New Version - mVu - 0.7.10.0

A new version (0.7.10.0) has been posted.

This version contains the following:
  • Fixed Tube8.
    • Tube8 changed the format of the .3gp links which caused the parser to fail and not parse the .flv links which hadn't changed.

The new version can be downloaded here: http://mvu.codeplex.com/releases/55765/download/167624

From a quick search it looks like that device run Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard (non-touchscreen). The error is likely due to that O/S not supporting some UI feature that mVu uses. Buttons are the likely reason. I'll have to see if there is something I can do on that platform.

I get this same error on i637 jack as well and i have 3.5 .net framwork as well.

A couple month ago I noticed while reading the media properties from a YOUTUBE video downloaded in MOBILE(OLD) format with FLV extention that the properties were exactly the same as some MP4 videos i have. A lightbulb went off in my head and told me to change the FLV extention to MP4 and my guess was correct they played perfectly in WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.

Hey I love this application! Works really good in combination with coreplayer.

But I have 1 issue, it's not really an error.

When I search youtube for 'Love the way you lie rihanna' then I don't get the 'Official' videoclip, when I search on my desktop I'll find the videoclip.
It would be great if Mvu would find the videoclip too.

Anyone who can help?

Great work!

I am on a Diamond2 and tube8 does not give results. All others are working fine.

sorry got it working i had to check mp4 file i actually hit select all ...now its working ...thanks for a good app

    You need to install .NET Compact 3.5 Redistributable before you install the Messages cab you mentioned above.

    I have just posted a new version (1.0.10.9).

    This version has the following changes:
    • Fixed Pornhub
    • Removed Tnaflix

    Tube8 seems to be working again without any changes. I removed Tnaflix because the site now requires login to download videos.
