Issue with render....
Hi, I have issue with rendering of date information. As for me it's blurry or maybe it's stretched.
Look at the screenshot (QVGA resolution)

The fist clock from the top it's mClock, the second another clock.
The size of widget is the same - 3x1. All configuration was performed from the UI.

Could you please help why this happens?

There is the xml which generated after save template:
HTML Code:
<UniformGrid  Columns="1"  Clipping="false"  HorizontalAlignment="Stretch"  VerticalAlignment="Stretch" >
	<Stack  Orientation="Horizontal"  Clipping="false" >
		<Hour  Font="/system/fonts/Clockopia.ttf"  FontSize="43"  ShadowAmount="1"  is24hour="true"  Clipping="false" ></Hour>
		<Text  Font="/system/fonts/Clockopia.ttf"  FontSize="43"  ShadowAmount="1"  Text=":"  is24hour="true"  Clipping="false" ></Text>
		<Minute  Font="/system/fonts/Clockopia.ttf"  FontSize="43"  ShadowAmount="1"  is24hour="true"  Clipping="false" ></Minute>
	</Stack>
</UniformGrid>

Very good work!
The clock is the best i've ever seen!

It would be very very nice, if you implement an option to edit the XML files on the phone...and maybe an icon there to show a "help" popup with a list of the possible tags you could use.

Btw here's the german translation:

HTML Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

Maybe you need some more information for the german translation:

HTML Code:
20th - Zwangzigster
21th - Einundzwanzigster
22th - Zweiundzwanzigster
23th - Dreiundzwanzigster
24th - Vierundzwanzigster
25th - Fünfundzwanzigster
26th - Sechsundzwanzigster
27th - Siebenundzwanzigster
28th - Achtundzwanzigster
29th - Neunundzwanzigster
30th - Dreißigster
31th - Einunddreißigster
if you need just "31" delete the ending "ster"

Keep up the good work!

I'll take a look at this. I don't have a QVGA phone so I'll have to rely on the emulator but I have an idea why it might appear like that.

I've been thinking of how to allow the UI to edit the xml once loaded. But it sounds like you want a full xml editor, if so that's no easy task and honestly it would be better to do it on a pc/mac than a phone.

For the translation it appears that I can't just add twenty and first together in german. I'm glad you sent this because I'll have to redo the language to handle this.

I don't follow what you're asking for. Another user is working on a TypoClock xml template but hasn't finished it yet. Are you wanting right-to left text like Arabic?

Also does someone want to do a SiMi template and/or clockr template and post it to the wiki? I'll be on the road travelling today so don't expect any replies from me until later this afternoon.

It will be great if you will fix this in nearest feature =)))))

No I meant a simple method not a full xml editor, like loading the xml in a textarea for editing and after that just re-applying it in mClock!

Maybe you could handle the xml edit with apps installed on the phone, e.g. the file-editor of some file browsers.

The whole procedure could look like:
Open mClock Settings -> Edit XML-Template -> file editor opens the xml file -> after closing the editor mClock notices the updated file (compare date of editing?) and reload the template.

It's just a thought and I don't know if it's possible.

With the little icon i just meant a popup to look up the tags you can use.

It currently checks the timestamp on the xml file when it updates. Granted this is only on the time update but it will reload the file if it changes.

1. There is no capital characters in Hebrew so it might be problematic to see two words without space in the middle
2. twentyONE is the same as twentyFIRST in Hebrew but 22 and 22nd is different:

twentyTWO (from right you see "twenty" and from left "two"):
עשרים ושתיים
twentySECOND:
עשרים ושני
