Just an fyi...

After flashing the infusion libs and infusion a2 kernel, I had to reboot twice to get the CPU to go below 400 MHz. Was about to ask for help until the 2nd reboot brought it to normal running levels. Now, while idle, it sits at 100 MHz. Thanks again guys!

Hey X, thanks for the Eternus Veris theme. Looks good in pics but looks even better actually on the phone. Wasn't sure I would like it more than Blood Orange or Communion at first but I'm very impressed.

Anyone else get the problem where all the screen shows is the wallpaper sometimes? Like if I wake my phone up every once in awhile I have no icons or anything. Just the wallpaper shows. The bottom buttons don't work either. I have to manually reboot it. Any tips?

Hell ( I've taken over. Come on down.)
I haven't seen anymore on the wall paper scrolling issue. Is anyone looking into it? Referring to the ability to stop the scrolling. Sorry if I have missed it.

Alright folks, we here at the collective have brewed up something special to make sure we cater to all folks. In the OTA for your viewing pleasure, are two flashable zips that get video working for infusion and Entropy dd kernals.

If you want to over clock, simply download the infusion lib files, and flash, then the the infusion kernal of your choice. All video and audio working. If you want to come back to Entropy's daily driver for battery sipping and hdmi, flash back with the Eman Entropy lib files and then his DD kernal.

Remember, you must flash these with the kernal of choice for video to work. We will not be responsible or answer questions if you fail to do so.

Enjoy.

Just to ckeck.. because I downed the entropy kernel for video before and I got wicked freezes..

Download the flash from OTA of entropy and flash it (I assume its the lib files) then reflash the 3-4-12 kernal and the HDMI should work or and I completely tits off? If so how should it be done?
Just the basic just of most.. just not kernels yet..

Here's what's crackalacking.right now..

HDMI should work right out of the box. No need to flash anything. Those fixes and files are for people who want to switch kernels that break video playback and recording. If you want to stay on Entropy, there is no need to do anything If you want to go to, lets say, Infusion, you will need the files so that video is not borked.

I flashed the latest (4-3-12 I believe) on tuesday and still got no signal from the TV and phone got stuck on derp mode until I unhooked it..

I seen there was a patch and m7z (or something like that) also for download and I didn't do that, so I assume that was the issue....

In the screenie it shows what kernal I'm on (that's after I was annoyed with using a different kernel that was just to over the top for me.. so I flashed back to the amazing emancipation.. any way you can look St screen shot and tell me where I stand? I know you're busy and all though.. I really downed the entropy from you guys.. just wondering if its something I'm doing that is inhibiting the proper results ...

You guys are sooooo bawss when it comes to this.. I'm.just glad I have guidance that is helpful

Ignore most of that.. half asleep.. looking at the kernel version in the screenie.. is it where I need to be?

So did this mean no overclocking on original Rom? Maybe that is what caused me problems?

To try and answer the last two posts, yes flash a1 and your video with HDMI should work right after flash. No adjustments.

For Raymond, no you cannot overclock the kernal that comes with a1. To overclock you must switch to a kernal that supports it. Entropy 's kernals do not, it is geared towards battery life.

    FAQ

    Q. I try to download from the ota and I always get "download unsucessful. How do I fix this?
    A. Many have stated that trying a browser other than stock will help...Opera, Dolphin, etc should work. If you prefer to use stock...try this: Download Astro File Explorer, open preferences, and scroll to the bottom and select "enable browser downloads"...then download like a good boy should!

    Excuse me Mr. Moderator...

Not sure what you felt needed cleaning up, but was wondering if you would let our thread roll with whatever happens. Obviously, we appreciate you doing your part to keep our thread safe and on target, but sometimes its nice to just be human. Let us wander from development if the natural current leads us. Knowing that it will always come back. I have always enjoyed that our threads...at least ones that I have been involved in... have allowed for us to be human, change the subject, take a detour, but yet come right back to the subject at hand. Work is not always about work. Let us fraternize, in between all the official development stuff. Perty please ;)

If there us an issue in my thread, believe you me, I will notify a moderator.. .but until then, can our thread just "be"?

4/13/12. Deep Blue theme is now available in the OTA. You will find a matching swype keyboard in the OTA as well.

If you want to change your battery bar to match, try hex code of 004499. Enjoy.
