[Q] ROM Installation complete.But ROM is not loading...

ROM Installation complete.But ROM is not loading...

Device: GT I9100 GS2
Using CWM recovery,installed Neat ROM v 6.3
installation complte.
wiped data/cache/dalvik...
after restarting..
it continues to enter Recovery mode automatically..
same occurs in MIUI latest Rom..
Bt i can install CM 11,Paranoid,Neat rom 5.8 through this method..
Any solution??? :(:(
