I installed viper3d gsm rom on my phone and finished restoring e verything, but I noticed I forgot some things i need like htc clock, notes, and others. Is there a way to run the aroma installer again and ONLY add the missing items?

You can pull apps that you miss from ROM zip and install them, but it's easier to just begin from scratch and run aroma again
