Does the SDHC cards work as well?

Also does formatting the card to FAT32 change anything that would cause speed decreases or poor performance?

Just got a 64 gig Extreme Plus card by SanDisk & wanna know before I start tampering. Can't wait to see the class U-1 80MB/second speeds! Yet also wanna keep it ready to go for the X+1!!!

128 GB too

I've read on CM11 thread that 128GB cards are working as well. Can't beat the XT925...

Well last week I started to have problems w/ the SD and now the cell does not recognize it. I went back to the 16GB card. :( probably my problem is because the 64card it's a generic card...

I unlocked my bootloader and installed CM 11 just for use my 64 gigs sdcard but the phone can't detect it. I had a Droid 4 that worked wonders with the same card and ROM. Any insights?

Which phone? Which CM 11? Which card? Have you tried a different card? No insights without further information.
The phone it's a Motorola Razr 925 and the sdcard it's a Kingston SDXC 64 GB and I trying to run it in CM 11 from herehttps://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6L4uLoMGODAdERyTmxtaVNwNTQ/view?usp=sharing

EDIT: I used both Paranoidhttp://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2696606 and SlimKat http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2531983ROMS and my 64 gig sdcard is working without format

Hi everyone, just wanted to confirm that 64GB MicroSDXC cards do work. I bought this one http://www.amazon.com/dp/B007WTAJTO/ref=pe_175190_21431760_M3T1_ST1_dp_1

At first it will not work, but you must format it with the phone and it will work well. Reports 59.6 GB

having tons of problems with mine; tried formatting in Windows (FAT32 with "guiformat.exe"), formatting in the device a few times...

Every time, when trying to copy stuff onto the card from my Windows machine, after a few GB the connection just drops...and then the card doesnt seem to work properly until re-format. Everything is *extremely* slow to respond, even to the point of screwing with explorer when I open "Computer" in Windows from the start menu...

    Bad device? Bad card? PEBCAK?

You probably got a dud. I would return it. Haven't had any problems like that here.

believable- this is why I only buy Extreme Pro CF cards for my camera :p

alas...the Extreme Pro line stops at 16GB for the MicroSDXC line, (perhaps thats a hint at the difficulty of reliably making rad MicroSD cards?) and I'll be damned if I have an Android with less storage capacity than an iPhone.

Probably its a fake, do a google search about fake flash drives and memory cards and use the sugested program to test the card.
    Warning, it will be slow.
Doubtful...sold by Amazon.com LLC. I don't buy eBay shiest unless I can't find it on amazon or somewhere that either accepts google wallet or is within driving/shouting distance. Still though, I took your advice and downloaded H2testw and will run the test tonight.

Thanks for all the ideas guys!
