installation button not responding

Could you elaborate? What do you mean by 'blocked'? Is the install button 'greyed out' and not available to press? Or is it obscured in some way? If it is, have you tried installing it with the device rotated in landscape mode? Is the Cancel button, next to the Install button, available? And can it be pressed?
Your post is a little vague... if you could provide more details... maybe perhaps provide a screenshot
