Many years later, and i finally decided to take the leap and install this ROM.
Installed the V2.50 version from here (since it is stable build)
Really light rom (the installer zip is only around 160 MB), and it runs smooth on this old device!
Just want to help the others (on how to install the stable version of rom). Confirmed to work for P6800!
1) Make sure you have cwm/twrp installed (I used twrp, it worked! Not sure if it will for you)
2) Download the following and copy to external SD CARD:
-The correct V2.50 zip file FOR YOUR DEVICE(See 1st post, under older builds)
-Jellybean Bootanimation from here (IMPORTANT, or the tab will BOOTLOOP!)
Get from this link, the ' Jellybean_anim_cwm.zip' file:
http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1821179
-GAPPS from CWM (For Play store and google service, i have chosen the correct and working download link for you):
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=22979706399755082
3) Reboot to twrp
4) WIpe data, cache and dalvik with TWRP (Under WIPES --> Factory reset)
5) Select and Install ZIP file for V2.50 (This Rom) FIRST, then immediately after installing that, select and install Jellybean Bootanimation zip file (The bootanimation zip file MUST be installed! )
6) Select Reboot device (and wait up to 5 minutes for it to start, though mine took 3 mins)
For Playstore:
7) Let it settle for 5 mins. Then reboot to recovery, and install GAPPS Zip file downloaded from earlier
8) Reboot!
9) Go to play store, then enter your details
10) Once entered, inside play store, search for google, install that (it's the Google Now App)
11) Once sucessfully installed, open the google app, it will prompt to install "Google Play Services" (Important)
12) Install that! and you're done! A Working and smooth Jellybean rom that's better than stock touchwiz! (better than e-robot rom imo, i found it too laggy, but that's personal preference)
Oh, and you can remove the google search app after all is done...i didn't though
Another Tip: You can select phone/phablet/tablet mode from settings --> Panandroid. Really Cool
Big thanks to all the devs for bringing new life to this old device!
