Hi Forum,
I just installed DSLR Controller v1.06 (August 18, 2017), despite the fact nor my EOS 90D camera, nor my Samsung Galaxy 20FE smartphone are mentioned in the compatibility list.
I use a USB-micro to USB-C cable. At first, most functions seem to work.
I noticed however that Cx, M and AV modes do not always give the expected shutter speed and/or aperture. Sometimes they are not even displayed at all. I expect the modes to start at the camera current settings. Instead AV most of the time is at f22, the minimum aperture, which is never useful. If I change it, it comes back at f22 after a little while.
The "Image review" gives "No files found", or at best a set of every time the same 5 older pictures. I can't scroll to other, not even the latest photo's.
When in use, none of the camera buttons and wheels do work. Is that normal? Even with the connected display, I would expect being able to use the camera buttons.
Having an eye distrophy, I need a bigger display, where I can access full functionality and menus, while appreciating the touch screen options.
Are these behaviors known to others?
Do you have tips for me?
