You'll need to Odin back to full stock Verizon ROM. This happened to me last week and that is how I fixed it. There are a few threads right here on xda that will get you there.

on the beanstalk 12/04 nightly and my battery stats that come with android say that my phone is constantly awake, but the better battery stats is showing that it's going in to deep sleep. which one do I believe? hah
Just updated from CM 10.2 to 11 and now my Wi-Fi won't enable. anyone else having this issue? Currently on d2vzw running cm-11-20131208-NIGHTLY.
Try a reflash or maybe a bad download. Had that problem before with my WiFi and just reflashed clean

I thought I would be nice and share the builds I've been compiling for myself. I will try to make a new build when something new comes up. I'm only compiling this ROM, not developing it so please, give all the credit to the many real developers out there that make fun stuff like this for us to play with. Having said that, please no add this or fix that.
Flashing Instructions:
USE LATEST CWM RECOVERY
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Format System
Flash ROM
Flash 4.4 Gapps http://www.androidfilehost.com/?a=show&w=files&flid=7988
Reboot

*To use the search feature in the dialer you must flash these KANGED gapps:

It is recommended that you flash the regular PA Gapps first, boot up, then reboot to recovery and flash the KANGED gapps over top
**Dirty Flashing (Flashing without wiping data) is not recommended**
As for the current build:
SD card working,using invisiblek's old roomservice.xml
Front and Rear Camera Working using the 4.3 camera for now
Includes the kitkat camera, front and rear cameras working
Basics like phone, sms, mms are all working
Working Netflix using this version, includes Chromecast support
