So I could make phone calls and the person hung up and my call ended, but I could not receive calls at all. What do I need to do Poke hit the bug report while the rom is loaded, hard to know when to run one if I don't know I'm receiving a call.

Does this work if I'm on 4.3 with MK2 and safestrap on my I337?

For everyone with call issues who's willing to test, please download the most recent build (link in OP) and CLEAN FLASH. Then let me know your results.

Apparently calls are still broken. Anyone that wants to help should go here (http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=1726238), follow the instructions, and get a logcat of when you (a) try to hang up and (b) when someone tries to call you (you'd probably need someone with you to call when you're ready to start taking the logcat).

Hi CPA Poke here is a logcat of me calling my phone from my work phone, hope I did it right!

I know when I first flashed texting wouldn't work, but data did. I checked CDMA subscriptions in mobile network settings and had to change from NV to RUIM. Changed from Global to Evdo+lte also. Rebooted and was fully functional after that

Texting and data are fine, the issue lies in hanging up calls and phone ringing with incoming calls.

I've been on every aosp ROM, and this hasn't ever happened before. I'm currently on Carbon without the problem.

I'm thinking that this has something to do with the issue. Anyone on CDMA care to chime in on whether or not you're having the same phone call issues.

Sadly, I probably would've never noticed. I almost never use it as a phone

YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.

NOTE: In order to keep this thread as smooth as possible, please visit this Q&A thread first and ask there. Thanks to LuigiBull23 for starting the thread and helping to maintain it!

Please Support Liquid by Donating HERE
    31
The biggest change with this build is that it is compatible with every single variant of the Galaxy S4 (AT&T, TMo, Sprint, Verizon, etc.)[/B]. The way it does this is by executing a script during flash that identifies your bootloader and loki-patches the boot.img (kernel) if you are on one of the locked bootloader variants (AT&T or Verizon) and, for all others, leaves the kernel alone. It also adds any overlays for your device variant (APN's, etc.). Pretty freaking cool. :good:

So SGS4 users (except for i9500, sorry): come one, come all, and flash this Liquidy goodness without worrying about a status 7 error or the dreaded yellow unauthorized triangle.

To re-iterate, YES you read that correctly...it doesn't matter what variant of the S4 you have, you can flash the zip above without using a custom kernel or updater-script edits. :good:
    24
Just FYI, the last build was the final pre-release nightly...we're finally ready to move this baby to Official Release status!
    23
Plz! remove auto change color in status bar. Very bad idea for this. when see web in white background and all things auto go to white in status bar. Very bad idea

If next build still have this very bad Chameleon Engine. I'll never use this rom. Because if come back 03-19 that mean I'll never see update.
I really love this rom. But when include very bad Chameleon Engine. I really don't like this.

I know liquid rom very nice. But I really very hate Chameleon Engine. I don't know why add this bad thing. It can't be remove or disable. I'm very disappointed.

Sorry to disappoint you. However, part of what makes Liquid great for so many people is that we're constantly looking for new features to add to the ROM. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. This time, it didn't work. What people forget sometimes is that, when you take part of in these development forums, you're essentially serving as a "tester". These are nightlies after all, so things like this can and will happen. While you never using liquid again would be unfortunate, saying something like that on a free development forum is pretty rude.

That said, calm down and wait for today's build - we've removed the engine due to its closed-source framework code.
