Hi All!

Here is my first KitKat build. It is based on Omni 4.4.4. Thanks for supporting Tegra 2!

First install the new TWRP recovery:
- Download TWRP
- reboot to recovery
- Install it
- reboot once

Note: OTG Fix only work with Beta V2 not in V1 or not with grakernel.

Steps to install:
- Download ROM http://dl.omnirom.org/i9103/
- Reboot to recovery
- Wipe factory/data reset
- Install the above file
- Install the gapps below link
- Reboot

First reboot take 5 mins.

Anybody tried? I tried rebooting but it stuck in galaxyr screen itself...

I compiled twrp 2.6.3.1 touch recovery for our device... Below the download link

Thanks to bubor updated from his devices tree..

By this reboot is fixed.. you can reboot without wipe factory reset.
Now it can be used, who won't use camera. Will try to fix screencapture and camera..

Yes, in cwm u have to do factory reset for every reboot...
Use twrp, its touch and amazing...

I flashed the rom and its AMAZING! :thumbup:
I used twrp recovery, wiped data, flashed the rom and then flashed gapps. The first boot took around 5 minutes.
The rom is smooth.
Bluetooth works fine, gallery was able to read photos, music player and is also working fine and i was able to play songs. Making and receiving call works.
Google keyboard works , Google Experience Launcher is smooth and gives no problems at all. Features from the settings which i tested(almost all) works fine.
Reboot works fine.
While rotating the screen it first flashes a black screen then rotates.
I was in a low network area still my signal strength was full.
Not able to capture scree (known issue)
Screen record is also not working, when i selected it it said screen recording started but i was not able to play the video since the size of the video file was 0B.
There is no supersu, so titanium backup didn't work. As the op has provided a fix it should work (i didn't test).
I'm using cm10.1 now because camera is not working. Those who don't use camera can definitely use this rom as a daily driver.

rom is smooth:good: 1)video playback is laggy,it plays the audio properly but the video lags
2)scrolling is not smooth ,little glitches
..im testing,will keep you posted if i come across any

Yep, hwcomposer is not working... Building again with necessary changes.. Hope next build will be smooth...

Flashed it..
took 2 mins to boot on first time. successive boots were normal. :good:
immersive mode is super awesome.
almost all settings works (Network speed indicator and Network activity indicator doesnt seem to work)

Talking about bugs..
along with camera, mass storage and mtp mode is also not working.
Swipe doesnt work in keyboard.
screen capturing and recording doesnt work.
sometimes lags while scrolling.
no root privileges to Titanium Backup.
I'll use it for a day to see battery backup! and if random reboot exist!
you shall update OP with list of bugs

Edit : status bar went black after sometime! though it got fixed after sometime! damn i cant share SS

I already installed SU. Yday didnt work but today, I cleared data and re started TB. got root access.

Network speed indicator was working for me, and yes network activity indicator doesn't work.
One more thing i forgot to mention in my review, in recent apps all the screen looks black you can only see the icon and its name. You have this problem?
