[Q] How do I flash a rom on my I9500 running Philz touch recovery on Android 4.4.2

I want to flash a rom on my s4. So how do I flash it through Rom Manager or Rom toolbox.
So what do I need to enter as my recovery.
My recovery says CWM, but is it the official one or not. Thanks.

You need two things
1- Odin
2- Philz-Recovery.tar.md5

Search a little to how to use Odin
