Go here >>> http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2173870&highlight=twrp, download the image, then connect your phone to your computer and make sure debugging is enabled. Type "adb reboot bootloader" then once in bootloader type "fastboot flash recovery xxxx.img" where xxxx is the name of the downloaded recovery. Make sure you put your downloaded recovery in the same folder as fastboot and adb
How are the cameras? Back AND front facing, please. How is the sound? (Music, speakerphone, etc) Is there any lag between pushing the unlock button and the screen turing on? How is battery life?
I would really appreciate an answer to these questions. I'm currently on Cyanogenmod and am debating switching to something more stock.
Again, I will ask, has anyone had any luck with the ir feature??? If not could we just take the drivers from a sense ROM and use them on this????

He may have said he's uploading from Japan, but his profile says Illinois and I'm not gonna read his post history just to figure out where he's posting from.If he says so? The OP said he was uploading from Japan, go read his post history, dork.
IR blaster is NOT supported in stock android. If that feature matters to you you will need to use Sense. Perhaps with 4.3 Google will add support for IR

People are getting confused/hopeful because IR DOES work on the Google Edition Galaxy S4. The user just needs to download an app.
Obviously this is not the case for our phone, just the cause of confusion
