errmm...Can't install this...error...KERNEL is a bit strange...image goes off screen with every button press and with another one it turns ok again...
Can't install the ZIP..."assert failed" getprop....

Well GSM doesn't work so cant be used as a daily driver for guys who use their phone as a phone..
There are graphic glitches in the kernel.. The interface is kinda bouncy when you move up down or do anything in the recovey but flashing works fine..
Snappy interface, liked it.

More reviews coming.. Be patient..

O.K, ive downloaded the rom and installed it.
the glichy Recovery is nothing, every thing works there.
and for the interface. in one word FC, in two word FORCE CLOSE on preaty much every thing.
the gallery dont work, the camera shows green screen and then FC, but the wifi works fine, and im able to surf with it.
the GSM dont work, as he said, and we cant put the APN manualy.
the USB mass storage works fine.
its an alpha, and has a loot more work to do on it.
will test every realese of this rom aand will report back.
thank you for your hard work.

just tried it and found the UI stutters a lot but this looks promising, will definitely look forward to future releases. ICS for now.:)

Basically there are loads of bugs, which mean if you're using the Arc for daily usage, DON'T FLASH, if you're curious or if you want to help out in the development progress then download and flash it!

It's not that bad though, at least Wifi is working and apps are opening, we have a lot of work to do, but also a lot of time to do it.

this mean, that project butter is alredy working... i just want to see the 60 fps animations and the topnotch agility of the system

    Install instructions:
    1. Install a Recovery (there are some around this forum)
    2. Flash Rom
    3. Flash gapps
    4. Wipe (only required 1st time)
    5. Flash kernel (fastboot flash boot boot.img)

    Google Apps are not included in this ROM. You'll need to find those yourself if you want them.
