This is Huawei Update system apk (I forgot to integrate it into the ROM)
How to install: copy to SD card---->with Root Explorer (or root browser) copy from SD card to: SYSTEM--->APP...then press on apk.(HwUOC.apk) and PRESS INSTALL. DONE!
On this new download link (mega.co.nz) this app is integrated.
