Hey Faux can u make a 0.1.9 Kernel with the fallowing frequencies
1300 MHz
1100 MHz
912 MHz
750 MHz
608 MHz
456 MHz
216 MHz

Maybe... ;) Actually I haven't done much lately... been EXTREMELY busy with work... :( When I get time, maybe this weekend, I will look at it.. I have many things planned for atrix :p

Thanks a lot Faux... looking forward for the great things you have planned for use in the Atrix World. Not many devs can state the same.

Now... I am an Alien fan, In the meanwhile I´ve been spinning around other roms AND I have a problem: even though I am careful enough when I flash (always take precautions and never have a problem going back and forth), I CANNOT UV a single volt without eventually having a reboot. I am currently 1.9 and my table starts at -30 and goes down very conservative-- Have an Idea what the prob could be?.. also have False Wakes which I think is caused by Task Killer... any suggestions?

Cheers

I have the same issue. No undervolt of any amount works.

I just chalked it up to all the phones behave differently and gave up trying.

Faux, I love the kernel. CIFS support is brilliant and it makes the phone snappy as hell. Was just curious though, if a version without the CPU overclock could be done, IE with the stock frequencies with the ability to UV them?

Ok my battery life is back to good with no drain. 3 charge cycles and a couple of shutdowns at night. Im glad i didnt revert back to 1.7 or stock. Have not tried uv yet. Great kernel.

Hi guys!

I.m having some trouble with tethering. If I use mobile hotspot, I can connect to the phone either using usb or wifi, but the internet connection is down.

faux 1.7, intl atrix, piCrust 2.3.4

Thx!

check the tethering thread. this has nothing to do with the kernel itself. near the final pages I did a "how to" for the n00bs on creating a new APN entry. It's working great for me..

This kernel is awesome 4700 at 1.3 gtz on smart bench beating the powerful s2 on 1.5 ghtz. No reboots. And a little undervolting. Great job faux.

yep, can't wait for the actual release. it's pretty stable for me, and since the 1.9 kernel i've had amazing battery life. pandora all day at work, and still walk out of an 8 hour day with 50% battery life. minor undervolting, starting at 35 and ending at 150 throughout my table.
Cool thanks for the tips. Yeah I heard somewhere that something stupid Moto did makes the Java score slow as balls on stock ROMs (aka everything but CM7 lol), but I'm impressed that CM makes it THAT much faster (seriously like 3x faster).
Good to hear your battery is lasting normally as well.

Here's an official build of a kernel based on Motorola Atrix source code for ATT
    (Overclock via PimpMyCPU or SetCPU)

Just a statement regarding kernel source: The Kernel Source is of course covered under GPL version 2. Free software does NOT mean no work or time was spent working on it. I have donated a large sum of my free time to hack this kernel. If you use my modified kernel source in its entirety, I kindly ask you to send me a github pull request or PM whenever you find bugs or think you can help improve my kernel hack further. This way the entire community will truly benefit from the spirit of open source. Thank you

Compatible with: Rooted Stock, Debloated Stock ROMs and CM7 ROMs (Pick the correct version from below) :D Enjoy!

I have patched in BFQ I/O scheduler and SLQB memory allocator for better I/O and memory performance.

THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE WILLING to LOAD THIS KERNEL ON THEIR OWN PHONES... IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THIS YOU SHOULD NOT FLASH THIS.

    Reserved 2... maybe
    25
    quick status update:

I have recently patched the kernel to the latest kernel.org version 2.6.32.48 and added a number of patches and enhancements to it. The next weekly CM update should have all the things I just mentioned.

I am re-writing the OC completely from scratch. This will probably miss the next weekly update window. The current OC scheme has some flaws:

    1. Unable to control max speed with SetCPU or other OC apps
    2. Webtop will always use MAX freq regardless
    3. No built-in thermal protection (esp for users of 1.45 GHz version)

I am trying to address ALL of the above in 1 gigantic re-write, but lately I've been dealing with personal life as well and so it has been slow... I should have some time this weekend starting tonight. I will try to squeeze as much in as possible this weekend and hopefully have something workable when the weekend is finished.
